Located right off of US 422 (Conrad Weiser Parkway), this unique shop co-owned by Denise Delp and Jill Evans. Note that the shop a drop off point for pillowcases for Conkerr Cancer. Drop off bright and cheerful pillow cases; they will be delivered to Hershey Medical Center for children facing cancer.
The website mentions that GPS may locate you two and a half miles from the shop; they are across from Highway Meats. Google Maps got it right, so this may have been corrected. Watch for the Stouchburg Business Center sign…
Now then, about the fabric. There are M&S Aboriginals, who list the designer on the selvage and publish a sheet with the meaning of the symbols used on the fabric. Also look for Kaffe Fassett, Maywood Studios (including flannels), Northcott, and Edyta Sitar for Andover, to name a few. There are wonderful large and small prints, and to complement them there are solids, blenders, and tone on tones. Plain Grunge is available, and there is a nice selection of Civil War and 30’s Reproduction fabrics. Wide backings are available, and there is a selection of mesh and notions for Bags By Annie. Wool for applique is on hand. Don’t miss the batiks! All in all, there are over 3,000 bolts of fabric on hand to keep you quilting. There is also wool by the bolt for clothing or applique.
Quilt kits are on hand, as are custom laser cut appliques. Check out the samples on display as well. Books and individual patterns are available, and many patterns also have kits. Bag patterns and samples are also on hand. There are rulers and notions available as well. The Simple Blessings wool quilt shown is kitted by the block.
