Owner Jennifer Reith grew up sewing , smocking, and quilting, and her store shows it. Located just about 13 miles from Interstate 40, this vibrant shop is well worth the detour to see it. They are a Quilts of Valor® (QOV) registered shop, and accept donations of both completed quilts and blocks to support this effort. Meanwhile, back at the shop… There are over 2,000 bolts of fabric on hand here, including solids, blenders, tone on tones, and large and small prints. Kaffe Fassett is well represented, and if you follow me you know I love Stack-n-Whack. Most of Kaffe’s large scale prints are wonderful for this technique, so when there is a lot of Kaffe, I am in trouble! Precuts include Jelly Rolls, Charm Packs, Layer Cakes, and Fat Quarter Bundles. Iron on Foil is available, as well as Kimberbell embroidery patterns.
There are samples throughout the shop, including this wonderful bag made from the Tilda Windy Days line. Note the little friend tucked in the pocket of the bag! Keep an eye out for him while you are in the shop; he moves around a bit. There are patterns for this and other samples, as well as kits for many of the quilts.

The shop is a registered Bernina dealer, as well as handling repairs for these and other machines. Classes are available for new owners. If you are in the market – or even just dreaming, spend some time checking out the new machines while you’re visiting, and please allow yourself at least 30 to 45 minutes in the store to see everything.
